Based on the average rating of 4.3, the Pop-Cartoon Cafe is definitely worth a visit.
I'm so disappointed! Napick up na dw ng rider sa store and then I waited for almost 2hrs but walang dumating na order ko! Pagcheck ko, cancel na. Like wtf?!!!!
Delayed deliver of order. It took me almost two hours to wait. Until i decided to cancel it.
