"The entire experience at Auberge du Bon Laboureur was sublime. The service was excellent and yet comfortable, not pretentious. We felt like we were being entertained in a private home. It was just so lovely, We took our aperitif in the bar, then moved to the dining room. There were several taster surprises from the chef. The menus was a perfect selection with an emphasis on locally sourced products. Every bite was perfection. I tried the chef’s signature dessert. It was made of parmasean cheese among other wonderful things and was served with a small lightly dressed arugula salad which perfectly balanced the tart yet rich dessert. I left the property determined to return for a longer stay and several nights in that’s restaraunt!"

"We came to 6 to celebrate a friend's birthday, we had a good night. A small card with traditional products a few times revisited very friendly and generous proportions, a very friendly and listening staff especially for the little surprise reserved for our friend for dessert. "My wife and I booked, by email, to eat at La Bonne Etape on Sunday 26th June. We received the following reply: Bonjour, J'ai pris note de votre réservation. Cordialement. Verrier Myriam. We arrived on Sunday evening to find that the restaurant was closed and a notice saying they were closed Sunday evenings. Disgusting service."
