Stayed from Dec to in room no was excellent. Only positive comment. Other than that: Even a simple request for a room cleaning was not attended. Raised an issue: was assured of a response, nothing happened. At the time of check out- no one even bothered to help with the luggage from the lobby. The staff don't appear well trained. Not the greatest experience staying here. read more.
