They were thick and chewy so you could chew on them nicely. I liked it. The pork belly slices were marinated with a sesame sauce and were very tender. The bean sprouts, which were also placed in sesame oil, and the salad were crispy and made the dish very summery. After I sliced open the blanched egg, all of the yolk ran over the food. "Craved for Japanese food so we’re here for dinner. We shared a beef bowl or they named it “the Shiso-Don” and an eel bowl or “Una-Don”.
