Is Balthazar going through a financial crisis. Our waitress got our order totally wrong. Then went on to charge us for something we haven’t ordered. BUT ICING ON THE CAKE we had requested hot water and honey with our cognac which apparently is chargeable....Hot water and honey !!!!!
