This is a very good Mexican restaurant in Knoxville in Turkey Creek. I had the cheese enchiladas and very pleased with the cheese taste, thickness, consistency, and smell. I was at another restaurant in Chattanooga and the cheese was horrible with to thick hard taste that almost chocks you. So I was very pleased to find this place while traveling. Look forward to the diverse, fine Mexican cuisine, traditionally prepared with corn, beans and chilies (hot peppers), there are also delicious vegetarian recipes in the menu.
