"I wanted to get coffee. I waited 40 minutes to get my coffee, just to ask the guy who checked me out what takes so long. He tells me the espresso machine is downstairs? He said he could get the manager to get a refund. The manager comes out, doesn't apologize or looks at me. I tried to give her my reception and she says she doesn't need it. Then give me money for a purchase made on my credit card. And it wasn't the right amount. They held my $2 tip. If she had looked at the receipt I tried to give her or asked if I wished it money or back to my credit card or had any conversation with me, I am sure that this mistake would not have happened. On the other hand, 2 days ago and the service and the general atmosphere was much better."

"A great place to celebrate my birthday! Staying a week down here and enjoying eating at Rundown Cafe again! Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Hubby went ahead to have flowers placed on table and a young staff member asked if he would like for him to get the flowers out of the car. That just doesn't happen!! What a nice young man!!!"

"The outside doesn’t look like much and for us that was the case for the entire experience on 6/12. Order of to go, waited an exceptionally long time with very few people inside eating and only a few orders going out. That’s fine I guess if the food is good, it wasn’t bad just kinda blah. We ordered a selection of what I was told were the popular items. Defiantly had much better. Gotta love a establishment that dismisses feed back and instead condescendingly “educates” the customer. Thanks for the education, we are all familiar with going to a restaurant and ordering food."
