Sushi Star Kitchener

Food was great, service a bit slow. Would go back, as food was fine. Not sure what else to say ... would recommend it ... but it may be a long wait for the service.

We visited on a Monday night and it was packed. Waitresses were very friendly but (understandably) because of how busy it was, the food took awhile to come out. Food was hot and fresh and sushi and rolls were alright- very comparable to Ye's downtown Kitchener location. Because of the slower service, we only gave a 10% tip and were promptly frowned at by the cashier. Probably won't be back again because of this. There are 2 small steps at the front of the restaurant door and the bathroom is on the same floor.

Just had lunch there. I found the sushi very bland tasting. It was not very fresh. We had the sushi pizza, a rainbow roll, green dragon roll and spicy tuna roll. None of them were great.

An all you can eat style sushi place that is not to be missed. Set price to explore a wide ranging menu, server brought a few recommended dishes based on out choices

Menu selection is great! Service was prompt and efficient, food was tasty and excellent quality. Was offered a new beef sirloin sample dish that they are adding and proved to be delish. Restaurant is immaculate and suitable for casual dining. Will definitely return.
