I too was sad to hear it closed I moved away from the area years ago but anytime I went back I made sure to go there.
It was nice to see that Shamiana is still here after all these years The place is still beautiful inside Love the decor and ambiance.

"Wow, this place is a MUST visit if you are in Seattle! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, the food is reasonably priced and amazing quality, and the atmosphere is great. We got the Musubi, breakfast burrito, some coffees and the egg foo young. It was all delicious. We will definitely be returning to check out their baked goods (they looked SO good). They also have chantilly cake which is pretty hard to come by! This place is a gem, 100% worth the visit"
