Eating is good and entrees are unmistakable, my impression is that the Chef/Menu author has a culinary experience. the selection of wine/liquid is extensive. the noise level was ok. parking is a problem. the bar is a real bar. it has its regularities.

We love Bottle Bull. One of our favorite restaurants in Kirkland. Just a bit disappointed this time with our Crab Wild Prawn Risotto. The menu description indicates it has Carnaroli Rice and Parmesan Cream. There was no mention of the Risotto being spicy, and most risottos are not. The person who ordered the Risotto is sensitive to spice. Only after mentioning this to our server (who was wonderful) did she check with the kitchen and confirm that the Risotto contained chiles.

The restaurant received mixed reviews, with some diners finding the food overpriced and lacking in flavor, while others praised the high-energy atmosphere and quality cocktails. However, overall feedback highlighted excellent service, top-notch cocktails, and a great ambiance for dining out. Customers appreciated the attentive staff, especially during COVID-19 precautions, making it a recommended spot for a safe and enjoyable dining experience. With a variety of dishes ranging from steak tartare to lamb ragu pasta, diners noted generous portion sizes and flavorful options. Despite some minor issues, diners expressed a willingness to return for the overall quality experience.

We love visiting Bottle Bull. The food is consistently exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Our recent visit was no exception. Mary Jane, our server, was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly memorable. We started with the clams, which were cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. And the sauce they are served in is to die for! The steak was equally impressive, cooked exactly as requested and bursting with rich, savory flavors. Mary Jane’s recommendations and knowledge of the menu added to the delightful experience. We left Bottle Bull fully satisfied and eager for our next visit. This place never disappoints!

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The service is top-notch and the food is phenomenal. They serve the best espresso martinis in the country.

Absolutely fantastic!! The chef accommodated for food allergies and the dishes were incredible. The attention to detail on each element of the plate was exceptional. The smoked beets and pickled Rainier cherries were a standout.

Came here the other night for dinner before going on the Christmas ships. We were seated right away (had a reservation), and some guy came and asked for our drinks and said our waiter would be right with us. We never had a wait the whole night LOL he ended up taking our order after we sat waiting for a waiter for quite awhile. We noticed the portions were very small for the price. While the Brussel sprouts were absolutely delicious, you literally only get 5 for $14. That’s like almost $3 a Brussel sprout. I got the browser pork cheeks and while it was cooked perfectly, it had 0 flavor! Cooked to perfection, falls off the bone but tasted like nothing. It was disappointing. $185 layer after tax tip i feel like we wasted money going here.

Very cozy vibe whether it's summertime and the windows are open or a dark winter evening with warm lights around. Bartender can do some fabulous drinks; even nonalcoholic ones feel fancy. Food is tasty and unique. Awesome place.

We were intrigued by a Hemingway-inspired restaurant, and just walking through the curtains leading to the front-door starts you off with a Speakeasy vibe. They have a novel way of organizing the dishes and cocktails around places and themes from Hemingway's life. We explored the menu tapas-style and all our choices were delicious and well prepared. Loved the octopus. Inventive drinks here. Definitely want to return. My one wish is for there to be more red-wine options below $70.

Great drinks, lovely staff and amazing food. As one person said probably the best burger in the Seattle area. The marinara sauce works surprisingly well with it which I wasn't expecting. It's on the more expensive side but more than worth it I think!

For food, we ordered several appetizers, which were priced like main courses but had portions more suitable for a child. Unfortunately, I found the flavors of the dishes to be underwhelming and not worth the price. The steak tartare, despite its many fancy ingredients, didn’t come together well. Likewise, the tostones were lacking in flavor and seemed to have no salt. We finished with the bourbon caramel pot de crème for dessert, which was absolutely delicious and surprisingly affordable at $6, especially considering the restaurant's other prices. I would definitely return for the drinks, but I would skip the food next time! The service was also quite good.

Went here with my girlfriend and all we can say is WOW! This is a cute smaller restaurant, wonderful for date nights. The service was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the food was THE BEST! Price: You get what you pay for, it’s not a RedRobin.

The decor and laid-back atmosphere of the restaurant don't quite match the menu, aside from the pizzas and burgers. We decided to try the rockfish and pork chop. The rockfish was as delicious as ever, and the "forbidden rice" added an intriguing touch, somewhere between risotto and regular rice—once again, very flavorful. As for the pork chop, it comes highly recommended; the accompanying sauce complemented the delicious cut perfectly. I was initially hesitant about the grilled endive, but I took the plunge and was pleasantly surprised! Together with the smooth, creamy mashed potatoes, it made for a delightful and memorable meal. Well done, Hearth Restaurant.

For our main courses, we had lamb shank, salmon (which I noticed isn’t on the menu anymore a few weeks later), and I chose the lamb ragu. I didn't get to try the lamb shank since I wasn't offered a bite (how rude, haha), but it looked divine. I did taste the salmon, which was beautifully plated and delicious, while my lamb ragu was a wonderful explosion of flavors and textures. The campanelle pasta was made with beets and spinach and was accompanied by a smoked beet puree painted on the plate. I’m not typically a fan of beets, but this dish really caught my attention and did not disappoint. I ended up eating far more than I should have, but I had no regrets. Overall, I felt that the quality of the food and drinks, along with the service and prices, were very reasonable for the Seattle area. I would rate this experience 10/10 and will definitely be back!
