We've been coming here since they've started serving dinner. We love the space, the wait staff and the energy. So many people recommended the General Store and Cafe that I wanted to try it. They had all been there for lunch and raved about the food. Unfortunately, dinner was not that good when I went there. The appetizer was bacon wrapped dates and were over cooked: the bacon was far too crispy to be flavorful. We went to the new Scratch Kitchen location at the Port Gamble StoreSuper disappointing because we loved them at the old location.

The menus that you can have here, are made with products sourced directly from surrounding farms, In the morning you can start your day strengthened with a fantastic breakfast. They serve you a selection of gluten-free entrees as well.

If you have a longing for dishes with meat, then this restaurant offers you a wide diversity, Furthermore, many spicy meat dishes find their place in the menu as well as on the plates.

"I've ordered poke from multiple other places. The amount of fish given is way too little compared to others and how much they charge for it too. Eel is super chewy. First time in my life I had chewy Eel in a poke bowl. In addition I went back to thestore to see if they could do anything. The immediate response was that they don't do refunds and that they'll try better nexttime. I stay there to have an extensive conversation because I believe that's not the only thing they could do and it wasn'ttill another coworker walked in and overheard the conversation and offered to give me more fish as that was my chiefcomplaint. While they actually tried to resolve it. The main issue is I had to still had to drive back and express howdissappointing it was. Stay there and get lucky another coworker would overhear it and do something. There are other poke bowlrestaurants you can check out. Just saying. I'm sad because it is super close to my house and I love Star Wars."

"Decent food, good service. Just stopped in for a snack one afternoon. This was the first time back since the pandemic. Warm (adult) atmosphere, with better acoustics than you'd think using the industrial look (concrete floor and unfinished ceiling exposed pipes etc. Food was good; albeit the chowder seemed microwaved vs. out of a pot. It was their recipe though and very good. Other items were great. Fries were outstanding. Bar wait staff were attentive, but not pushy. Overall. I'll be back."
