Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question seems to have received mixed reviews from various diners. While some were impressed by the excellent French onion soup and unique Elk special, others were disappointed by the slow service and unorganized seating process. Many guests felt that the food was overpriced for the quality received, with some noting inconsistencies in menu listings and unexpected charges. On the other hand, others praised the efficient service, delicious Indian cuisine, and beautiful terrace seating. Overall, it appears that the restaurant has its strengths and weaknesses, but opinions on whether or not to return seem to vary among patrons.
It was Tuesday October 24th, our 30th Wedding Anniversary and no electric power on most of the Maui Island.
What an awesome dinner we had tonight I've been to Sanseis quite a few times before but not sure why I never wrote a review.
The main thing that Sansei is famous for is their Sunday and Monday Happy Hour SpecialAlmost everything on the menu is half off between 5PM and 6PM.
Beautifully scenic outdoor seating. The food was average, but the view of Mirror Pond made up for it.
We were able to sit out on the patio and had just a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious and the people were friendly and attentive. It seems they've remodeled it and it looks better than ever
