Supe... read more We went into Monkeypod for dinner after it was recommended to us. We waited about 45 minutes and were seated at the bar. The bartender, Morgan was amazing! Super friendly and our service was quick. The Mai Tai is amazing as was the food. We split a pizza and the fish and chips and ended the night with a slice of banana cream pie. This was the best dinner we had all trip!

But above the amazing culinary experience was the staff and service! Everyone we encountered was great and our server, Russell, was incredibly helpful and a blast to interact with! Top Notch Experience!

We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a former server, and he was spot on—this place is amazing! From the mushroom pizza to the perfectly spiced tortilla soup, the fish tacos to the seared tuna, and the burger to the gnocchi, everything was outstanding. Our drinks were incredible (the Mai Tai was particularly impressive), and be sure to save room for dessert; their pies are definitely worth it.

I tried the mushroom and truffle oil pizza, which was enjoyable, but it could have used more truffle flavor. The crust was a little soggier than I prefer. If I were to order it again, I’d ask for it to be well done. The Mai Tai was very tasty and definitely worth a try, although the price was quite steep. This chain came highly recommended by several people, including locals. I’m glad we visited, but I wasn't impressed enough to return.
