Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in Kenora called Boston Pizza seems to have mixed reviews. Some customers found the food to be mediocre and the service lacking when it gets busy. Others praise the consistency of the food and the friendly service, especially mentioning standout dishes like the Cajun pasta, pizza, and Jambalaya pasta. The cozy atmosphere and family-friendly environment make it a good option for various occasions, from dining in to getting a drink at the bar. Overall, the general consensus seems to be that Boston Pizza is a decent choice in a limited dining scene, with a range of options to please different tastes and preferences.
Boston Pizza is always a good family go to place to go in Kenora. It's also good for sports teams or a lounge crowd. The food is consistent and usually good. Service can vary depending on staff.
I visited with my family and after we placed our order we were told that they are all out of mozzarella cheese and subsequently had to change our order. She then followed up that they were also out of green onions. We had a similar experience last summer when we visited and after we ordered and waited a hefty amount of time were told that they were all out of spaghetti. After waiting another ten minutes, they told us they were all out of fettuccini. This Boston Pizza is not prepared for their customers, and don't seem to be able to keep track of their inventory or to try to resolve their issues.
We came here late on a Saturday night on the May Long weekend. The food was good but service was very slow. I would still go again, but just know that it may not be quick when it comes to food or even getting water or more napkins.
We like to fish late. By the time we get offcajun pasta the lake (about 9:00pm) and clean up, every other restaurant in town is closed, and the LOW Brewing Company closes it's kitchen at 10:00 pm. So we tried this place 2 night's in a row. The first night we had 3 topping pizza, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and onions, a home run, served by Gayle, who was a superb waitress. The pizza was as good as it gets, and I mean really really great. The second night I had Jamalaya pasta, and it was absolutely Scrumotious. My brother had fettuccine chicken with mushrooms, and he said that was scrumptious also. Chelsie served us and was friendly, efficient, anticipative of our needs, and a really personable person. We love this place!!
Place is cozy however in town like Kenora it will be nice if restaurant had outdoor seating...Food, well, as in the title, I am sucker for punishment and I do not know why I am coming back...I did not enjoy their pizza as being tasteless and bland.Pizza dough is OK but the rest leaves lot to desire...AK
