"I have eaten several times, then I would like to admit, so I tried to brunch, lunch, dinner and just a drink or two with the vibe. "We went back after our bad experience because the manager made things right, and things were much better. Our server was as sweet as can be. I got the jumbo chicken wings, which were small and pretty greasy, but my friend got the smothered chicken and said it was juicy and delicious. The duck fries still don 't taste like the duck fries from when they first opened, but they came out hot and delicious this time. The ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxing and trendy. Much better!"

"It was my first time eating Kirby's last Friday, I made an 8:30 PM reservation for my birthday just my boyfriend and I. We are both food connoisseurs, we were on an adventure to find a new place to have great quality Steak. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff was able to seat us early and it was very busy. I knew I wanted a Filet Mignon, my boyfriend ordered the Steak and Cake with a side of Au gratin Potatoes. He also had their soup of the day (I believe it was a lobster and cheese? I could be wrong) but he said that was amazingly good. When they brought out our food, everything was piping hot and delicious. My steak was overcooked. but the manager quickly threw another one and made us fresh potatoes. When they brought out the new steak, I couldn't believe how silky this meat felt in my mouth. It was almost like butter melting, so decadent I can't even begin to explain how different this experience was compared to ANY high end steak place we have been to. They even brought out a piece of fresh chocolate cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with chocolate syrup and pecans. If I could give our waiter Armando 10 stars, I would. Thank you to all of the staff for making my birthday memorable. I will be coming back VERY soon."

"I went to grab lunch at Chick Fil A as I do often during the week. My bank card was used Monday and had fraudulent charges, so my bank closed my card. I had forgotten about it and went on to get my lunch with no cash or other way to pay. I pulled in and ordered, not even thinking... went to the window and gave them my card. Card declined! How embarrassing!!! Those sweet folks at Chick Fil A told me not to worry and comped my meal and sent me on my way. Embarrassing but makes this nurse so appreciative that there are great people still in the world! Thank you CFA!!!"
