LA HIKI Restaurant at the Four Seasons at Ko’Olina Beach Resort is truly a gem in paradise. I had the pleasure of enjoying a meal that was nothing short of exquisite. The lobster salad was a standout, with generous, succulent lobster paired perfectly with creamy avocados, crisp onions, bacon, and fresh lettuce—an absolute delight for the palate. The ceviche was another highlight, with a burst of flavor from the Ahi, accompanied by perfectly seasoned chips, fries, and crispy onion rings. The drinks were equally impressive. I had a light and refreshing cocktail—a delightful mix of gin, Sprite, and cucumber—that was perfectly balanced and easy to sip. The lychee martini was another treat, adding a sweet and tropical twist to the experience. All of this was enjoyed with a stunning ocean view, creating a perfect vacation moment in Hawaii. The combination of delicious food, exceptional drinks, and breathtaking scenery makes Liki Restaurant the ideal spot to relax and indulge. Five stars for an unforgettable experience!
