It was terrible. We never ordered. Waiter never came. Chips stale. Had to go out. It was hot inside and stuffy and smelly. Dreadful.

"Ordered the three course Prix-Fixe and enjoyed every bite. The flavors were highly complex, thoughtfully executed, and balanced. The service was excellent before we even reached the door as they held it open for us and welcomed us. Our server, Norman, was attentive and professional but also had a personal touch. The support staff could be seen everywhere, filling glasses and checking on meals, so there was never a missed opportunity to order another cocktail or ask about the menu. The open kitchen was running smoothly and quietly even during the busy dinner hours. Lastly, they brought us some wonderful berry tarts for free as a congratulations for visiting on our honeymoon."

They only do take out and it's best to make a phone order since they take time to prepare your food. My favorite plates from here are their kiawe fire grilled steak, fried ahi or salmon katsu w/ garlic aioli or tartar sauce, and fresh spicy and/or limu ahi poke. I am always excited to eat from Queen st because I know it's going to be delicious and satisfying.
