Minsky's Pizza - Kansas City

Had a nice lunch break and decided to check out the City Market and was craving some pizza but also didn't want to get any meat.

Great place. my server has trained but she has made a fantastic job! eating was fast-ish (for pizza and affordable. they have a great set inside.

Eating was fantastic. I wanted to try two types of pizza, but they didn't let us half. they said it because they have two different sauces. I understand, but if the customer is ready to perform a bleeding of sauce in the middle then they should. we ordered the gourmet hawaiian and oh my it was delicious. the sauce was heavenly. If they'd take it, I'd buy some gallons. the cheese combined with the sauce for a delicious texture. the mandels above added a beautiful knirschen. I wish they were evenly distributed. I had a piece complete and another piece without. the amount of ananas looked a lot to be, but it wasn't. ends until the perfect amount. hands down the best pizza I had in very long time.
