The restaurant's efforts to rectify any issues, such as hair found in food, were also appreciated by customers. The location was a favorite for many, offering a pleasant dining experience overall. Whether enjoying parmesan encrusted chicken and ribs or coconut shrimp and a 14oz rib eye steak, diners found aspects of the menu to enjoy. Despite some inconsistencies, the majority of diners seemed to have a positive dining experience at the restaurant.
Always a treat to stop by on the big island. Food is always good along with excellent customer service.
Tommy’s is a much better dining experience because of good food and reasonable prices compared to dining at resorts. Service was excellent.
We had a wonderful dinning experience at Tommy Bahama Restaurant. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. The salad included the restaurant’s very special dressing. Delicious. The main dinner was very special. Also delicious. The choice of wine was impressive. We picked a wine from Russian River Valley, CA. Great pairing with our food. Highly recommended. A real treat.
