We made reservations for for our last night on the big island and asked if we were able to check in an hour earlier since we were in the area, the host was very... read more We made reservations for for our last night on the big island and asked if we were able to check in an hour earlier since we were in the area, the host was very accommodating to our request and sat us at our reserved seating which had a lovely view but was very hot at the time and asked if we could open up the umbrella, she asked her manager and the manager told her that we weren’t able to because of the wind… the manager did apologize and the host said we could choose any seat of our liking and we sat in a shaded area.. our waitress was not very friendly, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there… our drinks and food did come out quickly.. i noticed after being there for about they were opening the umbrellas and i was confused to why they didn’t mention that they would open up the umbrellas at a later time… we would’ve stayed sitting there and our waitress changed to a waiter.. which i found odd.. luckily he was much nicer than the waitress we originally had. food was moderate and service was ok.. need better communication

We arrived an hour early for our reservation and the hostess accommodated us immediately. It was pretty full and the table so that was impressive. The view is a... read more We arrived an hour early for our reservation and the hostess accommodated us immediately. It was pretty full and the table so that was impressive. The view is amazing and, being the middle of the day for lunch, we sat in the shade and it was beautiful. Food was great. The server was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely go back
