What Blisky dislikes about Grill Of Punjab:
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was immediately put off by the strong smell, reminiscent of a urine-filled bathroom. The sight of the kitchen was enough to make me feel nauseous. If you care about your health, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. View all feedback.

I enjoyed a late lunch at this restaurant with three colleagues. It was easy to find, thanks to Google Maps. The interior was pleasant, and the restaurant is small with about 8-10 tables. It can get busy at times. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious. The staff recommended some of their best dishes, which we enjoyed. The beverages were also fresh and tasty. They were accommodating to specific instructions for some dishes. Overall, it was good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

As the name suggests the Restaurant specilises in Punjabi food. But does offer other cuisines as well. I have always stuck to the Punjabi food and have never been disappointed. The food tastes good and is very reasonably priced. Lack of variety in desserts is a drawback, but ignorable. Nice place for families as well as young crowd. The restaurant is small so drop in early if you don't want to wait in line for your turn.

I visit this place when I am in the mood for drums of heaven and manchow soup (one of the few places for good food in a small city like Jorhat). I have tasted around 10 dishes here and most of them have been really good, not absolutely fabulous though. The restaurant specializes both in Indian and Chinese. Price range is not too heavy on the pocket, most of the dishes being around 100-250 range. Absolutely recommended for family, friends and couple. The nearest landmark would be the MP Jewellery store. To reach this restaurant you have to climb a few stairs as it is located in the first floor. The restaurant is dimly lit and is a good place to hang out for with your friends and family.

Happen to be at Jorhat on eid day so decided to eat biryani instead of routine rice Assamese meal. Checked with local friends who informed about this restaurant. Located at first floor after weared off stare case we were expecting a simple joint like Punjabi dhaba as they address in Assam. Bit pleasantly surprised to find a nice well decorated restaurant where people waiting for their turn. We also waited for Abt 10 minutes. Obviously settled for vez dam biryani that was a delight. Also tasted Dal tadka n tanduri roti.my friends ordered chicken also.foos is very good. Service also nice n warm. Two drawbacks one place is small hardly 40 people and lassi we ordered as desert was quite sour also not availability of choice in deserts. Overall very pleasant experience calling for repeat visits.
