"Family visits stopped. Was very excited because there is no hardee at home. Came into a dark restaurant and no one at the counter. It took a few minutes for someone who stood at the counter. The staff seemed nice enough, but one wore her mask under her chin. I was told there were no grilled onions or cheese for the special Prime Rib Cheddar Burger. The Soda machine spats made of unflamed soda water. The two working people appeared overwhelmed and became quite rude when a line in the drive thru formed until the food goes... Buns were stale, but otherwise the food was fresh. Thanks for not disappointing the part."
