Normally the river Inn has great food and a great service. On the last visit we were a little un impressed with the fish and chips(fish was small, mostly batter and not cooked well) we regularly get take away fish from them and have been super impressed previously so thinking this was a one off. Great service and very easy to contact when booking and updating. Will be back as all food other than the fish was great read more.

Saturday night diner with 11 of us, very slow at coming to take our order. When the food came, one person's mac n cheese never came, so the server went to get one made, which took like 10 minutes, and when it did come it wasn't like the other 2 plates and had no garnish on it.
