On a golf trip to Kiawah, we were fortunate to find the Fat Hen and gave it a try. Well worth the visit. Nine of us had dinner and all nine gave this restaurant...

I was nervous when we pulled into the parking lot, but once we entered the restaurant I felt more at ease. Food was excellent as well as our server.

I ordered the meatloaf dinner and it was awful. The meatloaf was as thick as a slice of bread the potatoes were too thin and the collards had way too much vineg...

"Unfortunately, they have made our order wrong and one of the two commands was ice cold. had to wait until the second entrée arrives and at this point it was so overcooked it was hardly to eat. very too expensive for what we get. on this level this should be a much better experience. I know it's in a tourist area and they don't have to worry about the people who come, they don't come back year after year or night after night, but it's a very disappointing experience when they expect something and totally the opposite."

"Owner came over to greet thank for the business (nice touch), waitress hostess were friendly. Scotch egg was insanely delicious. Flavors were on point! Stag boar burger had great flavor (recommended for a foodie). Disco fries were ok. A bit salty for me but I think it?s because I was blown away by the symphony of flavors in the scotch egg burger.
