Still great! I wish it was cheaper but the quality cannot be matched. The buns are soft, the cheese is melty and the burger patty is flavorful and crispy

"Just came out of Aponiente (2022, water planet menu). All family members felt a lack of words to describe this overwhelming experience… However; I’ll try to share a personal narrative.. Somehow, it was our best restaurant experience ever, whithout any doubt, even if we’re used to Michelin’s 3 stars… Chef Leon and his crew purpose sea creativity, emotions and pleasure at their upermost level : what an extreme bliss !!!
