Maligne Canyon Wilderness Kitchen shares a parking lot with the trailheads for the Maligne Canyon Trail. The parking lot does get busy and full! "I had the jerk chicken grilled cheese sandwich and it was packed with flavour! It was cheesy and the jerk seasoning was delicious. I also had the jamaican patty and it was so good. The filling was nice and saucy and the pastry was flakey and well seasoned. It's a bit spicy, so if you can't handle spicy foods I wouldn't recommend it. But if you love spicy foods, I would definitely recommend trying it out. Service was also great, friendly staff. Also, the restaurant was very clean."

"This was my favorite breakfast on our 11 day trip! I had the BLT breakfast sandwich two days in a row! Perfect amount of bacon, lettuce, tomato, a perfectly cooked egg, and chipotle mayo. My teenage kids had pancakes and a breakfast burrito, both were good. Serving are large and I split the sandwich with my son when we went back a second day. The lattes, mochas, and London Fog tea were all delicious as well. The restaurant is located a little outside of the main shopping/eating area but was still busy. I would give this place 5 stars for food and drinks, but the service was...nonexistent. I normally don't comment on service, but this was so lacking that I can't give it 5 stars."
