She only acknowledged half of our table and took the order of my friend... read more This was the worst experience ever! The server was incredibly rude for no reason at all. She only acknowledged half of our table and took the order of my friend who wanted to pay at the same time. She completely dismissed my order and one of my friends didn't even receive their drink. When the friend who paid wanted to order takeout, the server rudely said it was too late and refused to allow it. When my friend wanted to ask her about it, she ignored her and only focused on the other half of the table. When I politely mentioned this to her, she screamed in my face and even called security on me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially coming from someone with over a decade of experience in the service industry. Eventually, they had to make the friend who paid eat and I can confidently say I will never return to this restaurant. It was a complete waste of time and money.

The server was incredibly rude for no apparent reason, only taking the order for half of our table and ignoring the rest of us who were ready to order together. One of my friends didn't even receive their drink, and when one of us tried to pay and leave, the server told us it was too late to order to-go. When I politely pointed out that we were all ready to order, the server screamed at me and then called security. I asked for a manager, but even after over a decade of working in the service industry, I found this treatment completely unacceptable. The person who had paid beforehand was not even served their food until much later. I can confidently say that I will never return to this restaurant. It was a complete waste of time and money.

However, if you can handle the heat, you'll be in for a fiery treat. I recommend pairing it with a Buschwacker cocktail to help cool down the spice. The other dishes I tried were delicious and the staff was friendly. The rock/emo music playing in the background was a nice touch, especially for fans of Coheed who may have just attended a show nearby.

One element lacked when ordering The Smorgasbord.Other than that, food was good, service efficient.We liked patio seating especially when there's a show. Could see the stage when enjoying a good meal.Will recommend.
