Order by phone on Sunday night. Wanted delivery, but it would have taken 1 hour and half to get. We decided to pick it up. The order was wrong. We told the workers there that it was wrong. One of the guys there started throwing a fit and throwing things on the table where he would make the right pizza and scream at those staff. No delivery three hours before close. I called and they just stated it wasn't going to happen; it was canceled. No offer to deduct the fee and pickup. Dominos usually is much better than this. The franchisee needs to be reviewed from corporate, this is a bad representation of this business.
I did a curbside pickup and they lied and said my order was complete in 0:18 seconds, yet here it is 7 minutes later and still no food they keep hanging up the phone when I call inside. This store is beyond unprofessional and this will definitely be my last time coming/ordering from here!
I was three months here, and that was one of my favorite spots to order pizza. Yesterday(3-2-2022) I ordered online and I paid in loading. I came there and the guy on the register said they couldn't take $50 bill from me because they don't have the change to cover it. Remember, they have a makeshift sign that they do not accept $100 bills. I will also add my pizza cost were $22 and change. which facility hasn't $27 after she broke $50? I politely remembered the gentleman that I bought pizza online from here many paints, with my credit card pay, but today, I pay with cash. the manager was involved and suggested that I should go 7/11 and buy something, then back and buy her pizza! I didn't want to jump to conclusions why they wouldn't honor my money as if they were honoring my credit card, I insisted that the problem was her alone and I'm not going to spend my hard earned money somewhere else to get back and buy her pizza. and because they don't have real policy to not accept my $50, they need to figure it out! incredible! Apart from that, my commands are always fresh and punctual, but whatever they have with the big billsache in front of them, must be on an official political brief and not advised with a brand. Thank you!
Eating was okay, but there was a little mix up to my command. the girl that took up the phone was very sweet and helpful and said she had someone send another. the driver varghese was very rude. he had a posture, she cisted in my hands went away without saying anything. I don't understand what his problem was, but very unprofessional.
