Elements Grill - Invermere

We had family visiting from the UK. Both outings to Elements were very disappointing! We went back a second time months later as we thought it was just a one off. it was not the case at all! We waited over an hr to receive our main course and almost 45 mins for our our appies! When we walked in the place had many empty seats so being packed was not the issue! When our food did arrive we received food we did not order and and their was a specific request for no dairy. THe order for one of our guests came with dairy. It then took our guest getting up out of his seat and going to find out server before the situation was rectified. Now our first visit was very similar but we thought it was because we were a larger group. I don't believe that to be the case.We will not return there!

Good meal but the food service was not great. It took an hour for our food order and a half hour to receive my drinks then over an hour for our meals. Your menu is good but service needs works.

Do not bother wasting your time going as no one will even address you. Myself and my family sat down for birthday breakfast and never got acknowledged for over 15 minutes. Ended up leaving and enjoying breakfast else where . Save yourself the grief and go else where . Elements is not the same

We were looking forward to a lovely dinner in a beautiful locale, but after we had been seated for just under an hour and all we had was a glass of water, we left. Server was obviously new and untrained. She couldn't answer a single question about the wine or the menu. We finally ordered a drink after sitting for 1/2 an hour, waited another 25 minutes for that to arrive, and when it didn't, we left.

First off, the service was great. Our server was on top of our needs. It wasn't very busy but I'll still give credit where It's due! I had the butter chicken dish which tasted good. Needed a touch of heat and it lacked salt completely, but it hit the spot regardless.I'd come back here for another meal without hesitation
