Chucks roadhouse - Huntsville

The service at this restaurant is extremely welcoming and friendly.

Came here for lunch with family and friends. I have gluten allergies. There is zero items on the menu that i was able to eat, besides a chef salad. I asked the server if there was a gluten friendly menu,she said i doubt it but will ask the kitchen. Confimed there is nothing on the menu that is gluten free. So i sat with a coffee while my family had lunch. This is unacceptable! I would understand if this was a small independent diner. Chucks Roadhouse is a relatively large chain. I cannot believe in this day and age, a restaurant the size of Chucks Roadhouse would not have something that would be acceptable for me to eat. Yes i could have had a chef salad, but on a cold rainy day i was looking for comfort food .I will not be back

My first visit was close to Easter to visiting relatives from Kenora. We ordered the burger and fries and were shocked at the size and how great they were, REALLY! The service was quick and friendly.It's a pleasant atmosphere and not too noisy when we were there. The 2nd time I went with girlfriends and we had another great meal, everyone enjoyed it but darn it I can't remember what we ate, I think it was fish and chips.Anyway they have specials and their prices are great too. We'll be back for sure!

We came here for a bite to eat, expecting good service as you would anywhere you go. Until we got sat and waited almost half an hour for one caesar and one beer... we finally got them and she took or order and the service was terrible. They're understaffed and the manager that was on the floor began taking tables and clearly did not know what she was doing. She even walked by us, stopped, looked at us and our empty plates and then turned around and walked away. She does not even help her staff! Then our waitress didn't know how to spilt a bill!! Ridiculous! Will NOT be coming back.

Came back late from Algonquin and I think the were due to close as it was virtually empty and people looked like they had finished. The waitress was very friendly and the place seems homely but I was disappointed with the quality of the food; the steak was overcooked, frozen fries and the worst pepper sauce I have ever tasted. The corn on the cob was bland and watery.
