In my opinion based on my experience with them, they don't offer opinions only half assed solutions that don't fix the problem fully.
The short of it: ============ They failed to correct a problem on a prior visit Then they failed to bring the correct parts for the job.

"Hi my name is bryan i've worked at italiano's in atascocita for 5 months and just left the job last week before i wrote to the public i want everyone to know that there are no hard feelings ........but this has to be mentioned to the public because it is just not right,,,,,,the atascosita store is roach infested the salad station is roaches infested infested if you take the vents off of the cooler that holds the salad prep.you will know .....one word (infested) i just can not believe the health dept over look this .......this is not out of spite this is the truth and it is undisputed it sickend me something should be done about it ........sorry al n susie it's just not right atascosita store only"

"We had a couple of oops, but i am not going to comment because it was made right. Our waiter, KAM, is always very good. I think he was having to cover too many tables this night, but he tried to keep us happy. I had my same ole, same ole, fried shrimp tacos. They are so good. If i could change anything I would like to see every person at the table given individual bowls of salsa, that is, if they want. I dont like to have to ask. Why couldnt the waiter come with bowls and ask, would you like to have bowl of red or green or both. They are very small anyway. I could drink the green sauce, it is so yummy."

"We ordered the 2 pound fajita mix pack curbside. They website said the food was to be ready by 8:10 waited about 20 minutes longer to get our food. We only live about 7 minutes away the food was barely worm to the touch and cooked med rare I asked for well done. I think if someone spends $170 on dinner and wait longer than the time given it should be at least hot and cooked properly."

"Came here with a friend during lunch because we both wanted seafood and we were not disappointed. We did not have to wait for a table and the customer service was consistent and efficient. I ordered the house salad with ranch to start and the salad was delicious. It was fresh and came out right away. For my entree, I ordered the fried catfish combo which included the catfish, shrimp, and chicken tenders. This also came with fries and coleslaw. The items were fried perfectly and was crunchy. I definitely had enough leftover to take home with me! I had a good experience here and will return."
