This place is not good. Went with some friends and I did not enjoy it. The food was pricey and the flavors were not there. I got the salmon and that was not worth the $27 I paid for it imo. If you're thinking about making the drive out to this place I wouldn't recommend it if it's more than a 10 minute drive. Even then there are so many other better options around this place I'd say go to one of those.

My husband recommended I try this restaurant since he really enjoyed the MELANZANE IMBOTTITA he ordered on one of his business lunches. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the outcome of my experience. First of all, it took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were sitting at the table. When our server finally acknowledged us, we ordered drinks, appetizers, and the main course to facilitate the process. We ordered the stuffed artichoke and it arrived cold literally not thawed all the way. When I asked the waiter if it was supposed to be hot, he confirmed it was indeed supposed to be hot. We told him it was not hot and his response was well I wasn 't the one who brought it out to you . He didn 't offer to speak to a manager or remove it from our bill. While the main course was good, the slow service; cold appetizer; and dismissive server attitude, the Nino 's whole dining experience is ruined for me. We will not be returning.

Always great... food, service, and atmosphere. My absolute favorite traditional Italian in Houston.

Our Sunday school class had dinner at Nino's on March 22. We had a total of 16 for dinner that evening. Nino's manager graciously agreed to provide separate checks for each couple. The food was outstanding, I had veal Nino, a house specialty, with pasta alfredo. Our waiter took great care of our large group and had no issue preparing separate checks for each couple. My wife and I have been enjoying meals at Nino's for the past 27 years and we are never disappointed with the food or the service.

Food was not as good as it used to be. Pasta was undercooked. Quality as a whole has gone down. The entire complex seemed very deserted. Vincent's was closed down and Grappino di Nino was closed as well. This is the second time we have been by that this was the case. Doesn't seem the other two restaurants will open back up.
