Smokin in Style BBQ. - Hot Springs

Wow!! The line was extremely long at 5:35 pm on a Saturday during horse racing season. However, we have never ate here and we wanted to see what it was about. I finally got to order at 6:20 pm I ordered the sampler that had four types of meat; ribs, sliced brisket, smoked sausage and chopped pork. The sampler came with two sides which I got fries and baked beans. I also ordered the banana bread pudding since the people in front of us highly recommended it. The food was given to us about five minutes after ordering which was extremely fast considering how many folks were there. The ribs were outstanding. It had a great smoke ring and awesome smoke flavor without sauce! The rest of the meats were outstanding! The banana bread pudding was beyond good. I highly recommend it as well!!! We will definitely be back!!

Hands down this was some good s_it…I had the platter and it was very fulfilling. Honestly 2 people can eat from the plate. I had the side of beans which taste homemade and the sour cream potato salad that tasted homemade as well. Funny thing is they did not put any utensils in my bad so I was dipping the meat in the sauce with my hands and drink-eating the beans while scooping the potato salad out with my index finger but it was very good.

I travel the world photographing celebrities, professional athletes, and working with the top global brands. I am also from Texas. What do I think about Smokin' in Style BBQ? It is the best I have ever eaten and that is saying something folks! It's a 6 star experience.

The ribs are hot and juicy. I ordered 6 and I will be leaving with leftovers. The fries are good but are seasoned with something I can't figure out. The Banana pudding is also very good. I feel bad for the person that did not enjoy there experience here.

Friendly staff, not so great experience food wise. First off order number was 284, lady yelled 184. Not a biggie. Food looked good but ribs seemed tough. They smoked them with the membrane still on them. Every bbq place and person I have ever ate at or paid attention to recommended taking that off. Over all not a bad experience but not a great one. I’ll just say I won’t be making the drive to Hot Springs anytime soon just to eat there.
