Horsham Sports & Community Club

A great place to go to enjoy a meal and coffee. Not my first visit. Fully accessible. It is adult oriented with pokies on site in gaming room. The bistro has excellent light sandwiches, meals and operates when restaurant is closed.Enjoyed so much, I became a member. Membership reasonable and half the fee goes to charity in your home town.

We have been to the Horsham and Sports and Community Club a number of times. Our recent meal was a two course lunch special and it was very good value and delicious. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You do not get table service but instead given a buzzer to collect your food when it is ready and then you help yourself to the selection of hot vegetables or salads. This is a very affordable meal venue and since it has been refurbished it has a lovely atmosphere with comfy chairs and booth areas for smaller groups and there is also plenty of room for larger groups too.

If travelling regularly to or through Horsham it is excellent value to become a member at this friendly club. You soon get back the value of the membership with your birthday meal voucher and discounted meals and drinks throughout the rest of the year. Relaxed atmosphere with adjoining lounge and bar. Large range of poker machines if that's your thing (it isn't mine).

Visited Horsham for a family get together.. tried the $13:50 main meal and dessert.. My chicken kiev, should have been called a chicken croquette. My mango mouse , was thick and gluggy and did not remind me of mangos rather banana topping custard. The bain marie veggies were plentiful but soggy.. Altogether reminiscent of hospital food or a soup kitchen.. The banana and sticky date looked like frozen pkt jobs.. now I don't mind cheap eats to get in the crowd at an all you can eat but this pretending to be a club... it was not good. But it was Cheap! Drinks at bar prices.. could not fault the lovely staff.

Visited today while holidaying. Lunch menu had a choice of nine mains and four desserts as well six salads and six vegetables for $13.50! Our meals were delicious. The vegetables beautifully cooked. Service and atmosphere were excellent. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended.
