I love eating here when I'm in the downtown area The staff is very friendly and attentive.
One of my fave places to get breakfast in downtown, 3-Star is consistent with their quality of food, has friendly service, and is generally pretty quick.

"The smash burger was definitely the highlight for me. Yum!! I’ll be back just for that!! I got the seasoned fries, but luckily someone at my table also got the regular fries. The regular fries were delicious. The seasoned fries were just a little overly spicy with their seasoning. The parking is a little limited but there’s a lot of metered street parking in the area."
