The Hummus Factory accepted my reservation on open table for April 26th at 11:30 am. After driving 45 minutes to the restaurant we discovered they were closed for two days. Prior notification was not given and we found a note on the door. Complete disrespect for existing patrons and potential customers. They are off the list. read more.
