What Burnice Hettinger doesn't like about Pancho Villa:
The atmosphere was fine, but 2/3 courses were really lacking. The lamb chimichanga tasted burnt, the potatoes and brussel sprouts were actually pretty tasty, especially the brussel sprouts, the chicken tortillas are served on the tinyest of tortilla wraps making it very difficult to eat and didn't taste spectacular. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself or a loved one to a meal or drink at this fantastic place, from the minute you walk in the door you are transported to a different place. I have been a few times now and tried most things on the menu - a highlight is the churro for dessert. Even ordering a drink is a feast for the eyes with talented bar tenders channelling Tom Cruise from Cocktail.Make sure you visit the loo if only just for the purpose to look around and walk up the tunnel which takes you out to a beer garden where small eats are served - yet to try this and most nights it's full!Cannot fault anything with this place and wish the owners much success
Had a great evening last night. The service was faultless, food was great and quick coming out. Decor and layout were great. Try the Short Rib!!!

Great service, huge tequila list, and prices no more expensive than a pub meal reallyLast nights food was not only a spread of amazing flavours, quality and quantity, every dish from the octopus to sides, to the market fish were beautifully presented as individual works of culinary art.!And the chocolate fondant for dessert, ohhh to die for. We went to Pancho Villa just for a drink, and after having some $5 tacos we decided to eat there. Great food, Mexican with a twist, beautiful presentation and well trained and friendly staff. The menu did not state a few details we thought were important, but the staff and the owner were happy to hear feedback. And the atmosphere, stunning.
Table for 10 on a Saturday night!Decor is great and obviously ALOT of thought has been put into the menu.Would love to see some traditional Mexican dishes mixed in with the trendy fusion.The food, service and drinks were all great and the staff made us feel at home!Good cocktails. Highly recommend
