My experience at this restaurant on a Sunday night was delightful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Nina, our server, was fantastic and I can't wait to come back again soon. View all feedback.

What OpenTable Diner dislikes about Crazy Bear Beaconsfield:
I love the food at the Crazy Bear so was really looking forward to eating here. However, the waitress is just so rude! This is the second time I’ve been here and they’ve messed up our drinks order. Very disappointing to see there was no track and trace and masks were optional for staff. I have been going to Crazy Bear for years and have never had any complaints about the staff or food but I will not be returning for a while. We did not feel safe as tables were not spread out in the restaurant, our server wasn 't wearing a mask, no track and trace and the bar was 'find your own table ' and nobody cared about social distancing or even personal space.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Thai restaurant did not meet our expectations. We were hoping for a wow factor upon entering, but instead found the place to be subpar and overcrowded. The lighting was too dim for any memorable photos. The service was lackluster, as we had to wave our hands to get attention from the staff. When we found a wooden stick in our food and complained, we were told it was expected as part of the preparation process. The lamb chops were undercooked, despite regulations requiring them to be well done. Even after requesting for them to be cooked again, they were still not up to standard. Our anniversary celebration was also disappointing, as the special dessert plate arrived with the wrong message and dessert. The brownie we tried was hard and lacked flavor. Overall, the starters and mains were not up to par. For couples looking to celebrate a special occasion, it's best to avoid this restaurant and opt for a local pub across the road instead.

They advertised on the Eat Out To Help Out scheme and we booked on that basis. When the bill came they said that they had discontinued that arrangement. Not impressed. The music was an appalling monotonous thumping noise and way too loud, had to talk loudly to each other. Food was excellent however and the service friendly and helpful. Would we go back, no!
