This is in the building of the souvenir shop at the Hermitage. No waiters, and although it let me reserve a table- this was not that type of place lol.. No host, no servers, no table busers, just some old tables and chairs like any cafeteria. The sandwiches were very good though, and would have been great for a PICNIC with kids...
