I’ve been to this pub several times in the past satisfactorily so was very disappointed with the food on this occasion. I had fish and chips; chips stone cold, peas in a separate dish didn’t appear cooked at all and the batter was soggy though fish itself generous).. no one came to check that the food was OK. I didn’t complain as we were in a group and I didn’t want to appear moany but really it was awful! read more.
