We made the mistake of trying to go to Baton Rouge on a Saturday without reservations. We mistakenly believed since it was before 5pm it wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arriving we were told that we had a three-hour wait, yikes! With some time to kill we took a stroll and stumbled upon The Keg Steakhouse where we decided to pop in and have a drink. What User dislikes about The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Halifax:
We were seated promptly and attended to right away. Can't say anything bad, it is your typical Keg with good quality food. He prime rib which I had was very good. Overall a good experience for our party of six View all feedback.
The service was excellent, the prime rib was great, and the dessert was delicious. The calamari appetizer was slightly overcooked. The prices were reasonable.
I had a fantastic time with friends at this restaurant. The cocktails were delicious and the food was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food.
I have visited this restaurant several times, and the first time I tried their truffle macaroni and cheese, which my young son absolutely loved! I'm disappointed to see that it has been removed from the menu.
We really enjoyed our steak dinner. The service was excellent. We had an ice cream dessert that was yummy. Would return.
