In todays time age, reeling with plastic menace it is sad to see restaurants serving bottled water only' yes they just did not have filter' or RO water. We were compelled to buy bottled water. A spot on a busy Nainital highway not having...a washroom is a shame. Specially when one is travelling with kids ladies. I think for a restaurant owner its more about principles.
