"Trout is obviously her specialty, and the pink salmon-tout file was very good. My wife had an egli fish dish that was also very good. Meat dishes are available. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake, which is very pleasant to eat there on a beautiful day what we did."

"Endroit connu. Accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Plat de röesti bon, un peu sec et bien vendu. Le dessert, la tarte aux fruits rouges chaude, délicieuse. Terrasse bien ombragée. Service rapide (presque trop ) . Ne pas oublier le péage de 5.-frs pour les 5km de route qui mène au lac et restaurant."

"This was BY FAR my best meal ins Switzerland. Food in this country is very mediocre and expensive, but this restaurant has excellent food, very interesting dishes with lots of imagination and prices that are within reasonable for the place. Definitely recommended"

"N.B. This is my first review so bare with me haha.My partner and I arrived in Anzere and we didn't know what to expect. We saw some reviews online and thought this place would be OK. I've never been so wrong, it was perfect. We both ordered burgers with bacon and raclette (I think that's how it's spelt), I'm a big guy so I doubled it by going "Godzilla" size and I was not disappointed. The food was impeccable and the husband and wife who run the place were very welcoming and spoke English. Going back to the food, the chips were crispy yet fluffy and the burger itself was juicy, tender and made my mouth water, the salad was also very refreshing. The atmosphere was very nice, 3 other families were in and ambiance was beautiful. With a view looking towards the mountains and a very artistic finish on the inside, it was very very nice.For dessert my partner and I had a hot chocolate each with myself having the Cha Cha Cha and her having a Crème Brûlée. The Cha Cha Cha was a boat of ice cream and is every sweet toothed persons dream. The Crème Brûlée was also perfect and couldn't be faulted. The hot chocolate was made with actual coco and had a very large marshmallow resting on top.So far this restaurant has been the best value for money in Switzerland with regard to actual food quality. It cost us Chf 84.5, which sounds like a lot but we did order quite a lot, and for what we received it was more than either of us had expected (we had been traveling in Geneva and Sion prior to arriving in Anzere so we had a good idea for prices). The menu itself concentrates on burgers but they have a tapas option and limited menu for kids, having said this, there were many children eating there so they must be doing something right.Over all I'd say this little gem is definitely worth a visit, but hey ho, don't take my word for it, go visit it and make up your own mind ^_^"
