While the prices may be on the higher side, the quality of the food and service makes it worth an occasional visit. On the flip side, some customers were disappointed with the lackluster food, slow service, and small portion sizes. However, there were positive reviews praising the excellent customer service, personalized attention, and delicious food. Despite some minor complaints, many patrons consider Ruth's Chris Steakhouse a go-to spot for special occasions with friends and family.
Service and quality of food and drinks was very good. Server Bryan was top notch. Very attentive but only as much as needed to provide good service. Thursday night dining wasn’t too busy. Entire staff made our anniversary dinner extra special.

Look, who doesn't like the home of the butter steak, Ruth's Chris? That said, when the prices have gotten to the level they are at now, the restaurant has to bear the responsibility of delivering to those prices. I guess it was happy hour lots of folks in the bar area, unfortunately nearby to where we were seated. There was something missing, just a blandish taste to the crab stuffed mushrooms starter. The side dish brussel sprouts were clearly under. The steak was good. The service was fabulous. It was a good meal...it was not a great meal. I expect a great meal for those prices.
Always on point can't go wrong Ruth Chris for the win
Phenomenal experience! Staff was super amicable and thoughtful. The food was exquisite! Highly recommend!
