Republic is a lovely spot for an anniversary dinner, but our experience was somewhat marred by delays. When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready at the reserved time because they were running behind. Once we were seated, it took a bit longer than expected for someone to attend to us, suggesting they might be understaffed. Dry Aged Bone In Ribeye was too fatty and very chewy. Not super tender
Food was incredible! Ambience was great. Service was outstanding! Best pork chops ever! Steak was perfect. Crab stuffed shrimp appetizer A+
Excellent food, great service, a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s great!
