Well you won't find fresher, tastier blueberries anywhere else- period. Their specialty milkshake is simply amazing. They have homemade butter tarts, fresh corn brought in daily and the people are genuinely friendly. Add it to your favourite summer cottage destination spots. View all feedback.
What Noble Cole doesn't like about A Muskoka Tradition:
We bought blueberries they were not fresh, on top looks like hey put fresh ones but the rest of the $40 basket was mushy and not fresh. Blueberry pie and butter tarts not tasty, just plain. Will not buy from them again. Bough same wild blueberries on the highway still like they were picked today fresh and delish. View all feedback.

My family has been stopping here for blueberries for over 50 years, closer to 60. And now that we own Robbins' Tuktawayin B&B on Gull Lake in Gravenhurst we go there every week to get fresh blueberries all summer. And now you can also get ice cream, great shakes, butter tarts and fresh local corn. It is a tradition you must create if you haven't already.

So---when your on Hwy 169 heading north out of Gravenhurst make sure you stop for a blueberry milkshake. You won't be disappointed, believe me....thick, creamy and delicious. Just remember that they're seasonal----end of June till just after Labour DayWe usually stay at the Marriott right across the street so we walk over and grab a shake.Their blueberries are true "wild" blueberries---the small ones with the huge flavour. When we ran out, we went to the grocery store back home. When our son went into the fridge to get some berries for cereal and tasted the store bought stuff he asked.."Hey--where'd all those good ones go?"....No kidding. Taste you won't believe, but be prepared---they are all hand picked, wild ones so they're not near as cheap as the store bought "farmed" berries, but the flavour is so intense you won't believe it.They also have home made butter tarts and fresh sweet corn in season. Both are really cheap compared to others in the area. If you're lucky enough to be up there on a Wednesday, be sure to visit the Gravenhurst Market at the fair grounds just around the corner (they have a stall at the market too).In short----this is a great, family run stand and any of their product does not disappoint. Ask any of the locals---they'll tell you the same thing. Not abosolutely sure, but I think they've been selling berries from the same location for 50 years or thereabouts...
Our family stops here on a regular basis for their exceptional blueberries, fresh corn and best of all their ice cream and milkshakes. The blueberries are real hand picked wild blueberries. This is a family run business that ensures the berries are fresh, and the ice cream cones are huge. We have been stopping here for years and have never been disapointed. Conveniently located on HWY 169 acdross from the Marriot Hotel in Gravenhurst.
