Ly Anh is a small Vietnamese restaurant tucked away on a residential street in downtown Granby. As with many places in Quebec, it's BYOB. The selection of entrees was interesting, and the food was exceptional. The gentleman who waited on us (perhaps the owner? was extremely pleasant and helpful. The owners may be Vietnamese, but the food felt much more like a healthy Chinese place with very standard dishes. Nothing using fish sauce, for example.
