Brought my Mam for her birthday with my Dad and kids. After taking our orders twenty minutes later we were told there was only one piece of fish left so we had to change our order. Our main courses took one hour. My Dads chicken was raw. My portion of fish was tiny. They served the chips fifteen minutes after our main courses by which time our food was cold.
