"If someone needs some reality, I will share my experience in this restaurant. I went there with some colleagues to try. two vegans were in the group, I'm one of them and I sometimes know it's difficult. a vegan option to find remote places like this, but sometimes I am even surprised if there is one in the menu. So I decided to go and if there was no option, I would just drink and enjoy the time anyway. I'm used to it. but after asking if there was something (there was not) they said that they could prepare sparingly with potatoes with some olive oil, and I accepted that. ignore the fact that this is not at all nutritious. they seemed nice and I thought I could just take it with everyone to eat something. the thing is that then, they use the fact that they cooked something special for them if in the ground there are no labors to cook sparingly and kartoffeln and add olive oil. there were no people in the restaurant, it was empty, we were the only group and they had all the time of the world and no pressure to prepare something they offered, and I did not ask. at the end, we were charged 15€ for cooked asparagus and carrots when the normal dishes (more special, more nutritious and with more food) were around 13€. that is not fair, and the only thing I could do now is post this here. if someone thinks that this is normal, I would tell them that this is not, and it is not the first time that a waiter in a restaurant do this just because I'm vegan. Now, vegan are not rich, I'm student, I'm not swimming in money, sometimes I have to eat in restaurants because there is no other option and it suck that they eat less, worse and pay more and more. especially if sweet is cheaper than meat. and I do not recommend this place, because the waiter was not friendly to us at the time of payment. And I mean all of us. They serve this salty brot without ordering, and instead of telling us that we all have to pay for it, he simply demanded it in a very rude way to two of us. They can be polite and we will of course pay everything we were reasonable, but the ones."

"For 20 years I have been visiting the Schlosstaverne restaurant at least once a year between June and September! Apparently I've always come to the wrong moment in the last 3 years, because unfortunately I can't agree with the hymns of praise from the other reviews! Value for money not at all! Staff and boss in the afternoon on August 17th when counted 6 occupied tables on the terrace stressed out, as there was supposedly only two of us! The quality of the consumed does not quite correspond to the description in the menu! Will try again in 2024 for sure!"
