Entered Gordes very hungry and stopped at the first restaurant we encountered. Servant was very kind, but the food wasn't that nice. Omelet didn't have any flav...

We stopped here for lunch on a windy Sunday. Place was nearly full of locals. Waitress was very nice, patient with our poor French, and we had a very good lunch...

Just stopped in for Coffee and a pastry. Worked out well as we sat longer than anticipated but was welcomed to do so.

Right opposite the castle this very basic looking restaurant certainly delivered the wow factor with the food. One of the best meals we have had in France

We had trouble finding somewhere for 17 people and these guys fitted us in. The food was French and fun and fine

"Beautiful terrace on a pleasant place, the reception is friendly and discreet. The products are very fresh, the cooking of meat and fish are perfectly controlled. The card is limited and even if the impression of not too much to have the choice is there at the beginning, we have not had to regret it.Special feature for dessert: roast apricot, apricot sorbet and silly verveine rhooooooo, I still have water to the mouth!"

"When we arrived at the restaurant we were unsure about the location; it’s in a very open area adjacent to a public toilet, children’s playground and a car park. However, the food and service are much better than you will find in local restaurants in...nicer areas (we also ate in Maussane les Alpilles, St Rémy and Les Baux . Our French was limited at best, but this was not an issue with the waitress speaking good English. The service in general was very very good even in our large group all of the food was delivered at the same time. The food is the highlight of this restaurant. There were two three course set menu options at €35 and €45 (this was discounted by 20% after booking through trip adviser! both of which were extremely good and seemed incredible for the money. We were all given an Amuse bouche which was totally unexpected and complimentary! It’s also worth mentioning that there was an extensive wine selection. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area, the proprietors deserve much more exposure it seemed crazy that we were one of two parties in the restaurant when our experience was so good!"

"Little choice, so we expect good! and no! the small portion of salty pie good but salty rate like 10 euros....The fish dish with a mix of spices so badly dominated that it no longer tastes at all and hyper salted. 3 or 4 small pieces of fish a little overcooked. flat almost immangeable. accompaniment semoule aux spices . We would have liked to have a little more semolina, the two spoons full of this accompaniment are so fair that it smells radine! But that's the cheapest thing to make. wine with glass, in quarter or half carafe is out of price, if you count well, it makes the cubi of 5 liters to 145,00 € while the very good cooperative ofapt offers it less than 30,00€. So we're not coming back, thank you."

"Lucky to get a reservation for lunch before they closed for several days, the charming hostess treated us like long lost friends. She sat down and explained everything in detail on the menu even though we had the general gist of it. Lovely amuse bouche and a glass of champagne to start....Michelin needs to come knocking."
